Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your basket for any reason, return within 14 days and we will refund your money. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you'd like to return a product, please contact  us first to get return authorization. Items must be in original resalable condition.

Shipping

The time from when you place your order until you receive your basket will depend on availability.  If available your basket will be shipped  within two days of payment. If there is a waiting list for the basket you order  you will be put on the waiting list and we will give you an approximate date of basket completion. The time for special order baskets depends on the size and  type of basket you order. When ordering  we will have a good idea of how long it will take. Call or e-mail anytime for more information regarding time frames for specific baskets.

All orders are shipped insured via United States Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. You will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number upon shipment. If you require faster shipping options, please contact us for additional charges.

Damaged Items

If any item arrived damaged, you must hold onto the package as is and contact us immediately.

Sales Tax

We charge 8% sales tax for all orders shipped to Maine.
